These farmers rear pure-bred Gir cows known for their rich A2 milk, allowing them to graze freely, eat natural fodder, and live without interference from hormones or industrial shortcuts. We ask our farmers to do it the right way and that begins with the traditional Bilona method. No cream-skimming, no mass-production — just the time-honored process that starts by turning milk into curd, then hand-churning it into makkhan (butter), which is gently simmered on low heat to create pure golden ghee.

Every batch is small-batch crafted — to retain its natural aroma, nutrients, and warmth. No shortcuts. No additives. No compromise.
